Oriental Brewing Kohrinbo

The staff was extremely nice and friendly. The food was good, but the menu itself could really use some work. E.g. "Jerk" chicken is just a normal roasted piece of chicken with a sprig of rosemary on top.The menu and atmosphere are completely different from the Oriental Brewing further north up the road. I understand the need for a more neutral atmosphere in this location, but the menu at the other location is way better.

Beer is very good, but the place has tired atmosphere. The barmens has no energy, the music is very quite, and the pub even full of people is dead.

Excellent beers in a relaxed atmosphere

A craft beer shop visited on a trip to Kanazawa. It will be offered from 8 taps centering on self-brewed beer at Brewpub at the head office. Always have 4 types of beer with its own self-brewing character. It seems that the rest has become a guest.The style of Kaga stick tea provided here is awarded the 2018 International Beer Cup Bronze Award, I think that Mr. Brewery will grow from now.

Craft beer is still emerging in Japan but this one has promise. All choices were good, and we were luckily there for happy hour (5-6, I think), otherwise a bit expensive, though consistent with other craft beers we tried. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Several locations in Kanazawa.

It's a super clean place with a chill vibe. The drinks are priced well and the staff is really friendly. The music is really good and adds to the friendly atmosphere. Great for groups with comfortable seating or enjoy a small meal at the counter alone. Happy hour is 4-6pm with all original beers ¥500. I recommend the #3. Cheers!

We dropped into this venue to sample several of their craft beers offered on their menu. The beers are tasty and smooth. Like most Japanese hosts we met whilst in Japan, the staff at Oriental Brewing were also friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The ambient music and finger food is delicious too. どうもありがとうございました!

In-house craft beer is delicious. You can enjoy Kanazawa's unique beer such as yuzuko ale, Kaga stick tea stout, citrus ale ❗️

I got the original beer. I wonder if the size was uniformly 700 yen plus tax. It was a taste like pale ale. Because I did not ask the knob. I have to go again. Place pattern There are many foreigners, and the staff who are fluent in conversation are cool.

Beers have little taste I think. I have tasted many and same conclusion for all (beware they are not bad! Just there is not much taste). I find the prices a chouilla high elsewhere.

This place was great! Really enjoyed the brews! Go for the stout! Food was great too!It was really busy and little understaffed, but they were doing so well with the customers.

Cozy brewpub with six taps of their own brews and two additional guest brews. Food menu is not very big, but our appetizers and fried chicken paired well with our beers. Highly recommend the Autumn IPA if it's on tap while you're there, the oats give it a really nice mouthfeel.

It's a good time to stop by as soon as possible.

Good beer, great food, excellent service! I was wary coming here due to the abundance of excellent Japanese restaurants in the area but my concerns were instantly alleviated once I tried the food. If you're staying or happen to be in the area, do yourself a favor and pop in for a beer and a bite.

Beer with oriental ingredient. Love the kaga tea stout with roasting flavor and subtle sourness from tea. Or try kima beer with japanese pepper

Tasty, local beers with unique flavours that you won't find elsewhere. Great for a drink or two, but not the cheapest in the area. I'd recommend the Yuzu beer.

I think it's permaglasses written in other reviews, but it doesn't matter if it's sold out on the menu, a few were sold out, but I was angry that I was angry, so if you are a local beer you should go to another store is. There are lots of local craft beer stores that are not chain stores like this.It was the first experience that the clerk was out of service at a bar-like shop, so this was also the first cup in response to expectations and left 80% left.

Great brewery! I come from Boston where there are many craft breweries. Such unique tastes! I loved the Yuwaku Yuzu Ale and Kaga tea stout. I wish they had it in the US :) The Burley Wine was so interesting (in a good way). Highly recommend tasting some of these beers.

We loved this place! We dropped by on a whim and were curious to try some local brews. We tried the tea porter and a yuzu wheat beer, both were very nice. While we were there, we talked with two bartenders and the owner and they were all so friendly. We had a long night here and wish we could've stayed longer. Thanks for the fun time!

Great place for a few local brews. We went during Christmas period and tried their seasonal spiced ale "Vary Merry Christmas". Also tried the "Kaga Tea Stout" which is more towards a porter than stout. Both brews were great. They have happy hours from Mon-Fri 4-6pm, which all of their brews will be for 500 yen only (350ml).
